Pros:In terms of work, the learning experience is great. The designers that we've been coordinating with are very clear and easy to understand. Overtime and long hours are expected but its part of the job.Cons:Management could give you promotion and more responsibility, but they won't definitely compensate you, which really sucks. You just have to endure it until you find a better job opportunity.

Colleagues are great! Work is very rewarding but the work environment is very very stressful. Management micromanage from lunch breaks to short breaks. Inexperienced leaders. Pay is not enough for the skill set and work load.

Fast paced and Fun workplace

SYSGEN is a fast paced and fun workplace. I enjoy staying with SYSGEN as they offer competitive pay, perks and benefits. Though I was assigned to a certain manager that handled us in an awful way. We didn't receive any good things from HER. We are just thankful that we have each other (Team) working together to make it through the day.

One of the things I like about Sysgen is that our Bosses do not act like they're the boss or someone who holds a greater power in the company. They are humans. They treat us with respect and they let us do our job just the way we wanted it to be done.

Sysgen is the place where I hone my skillsets. I considered the company as my second home, it's a family where I also valued.Kudos Sysgen for continuing believing to all your employees during this time of pandemic. Majority of the companies since last year had to lay-off their employees. But Sysgen tried to make alternative way to retain its employees. Now, we are all growing up and hoping everything will be back to normal.A lot of pressure ongoing right now but as the CEO said, we are all in this together.

It has been great working at Sysgen with its challenging workloads, friendly co-workers and cool boss. The hardest part of the job was when we don't have any work to do. The most enjoyable part of the job was when we have team building and other recreational activities.
