Pros:In terms of work, the learning experience is great. The designers that we've been coordinating with are very clear and easy to understand. Overtime and long hours are expected but its part of the job.Cons:Management could give you promotion and more responsibility, but they won't definitely compensate you, which really sucks. Colleagues are great! Work is very rewarding but the work environment is very very stressful. Management micromanage from lunch breaks to short breaks. Inexperienced leaders. Pay is not enough for the skill set and work load.
