I happened to be directed into the CITI BANK department and I loved it. Very nice people, very easy going, managers and supervisors can sometimes be a pain but most of the time they are fine. Quite strict code and rules but free coffee and doughnuts every Friday. Not many interesting prospects if you want to stay for longer or start your career in the company. Great place to work for a short period of time and move on to somewhere better.

Typical day at work is receiving calls from callers who need assistance whether it may be technical or customer service in nature and provide assistance to my utmost capability. I learned how to deal with almost any person who needed assistance. and to work under pressure and time constraints. The management is bent on upholding the company's rules and regulations to ensure the smooth flowing of business on a day to day basis. My coworkers are my first line of help when sometimes a situation cannot be resolved by me alone. The hardest part of the job is meeting the given metrics of performance when doing the job under pressure. The most enjoyable part of the job is being recognized for all the hard work that i did.
