good team friendly good experience for a newbie, too many programs to handle for a few DSE, also the salary is low because you're not directly hired by the company.

I learned a lot but it's still the worst.

First of all, the management in my account was so bad I cannot even begin to tell how horrible the bosses were. They all have favoritism and they will help you get promoted if you're friends with them.

Pros

Training, Quality. And Workforce is good

Cons

Pay is too low. Favoritism from managers. Management style in the production floor is ineffective.

Stressful account

Worked as csr in tmobile account. A stressful account but is giving good incentives. I resigned due to health issues. I think night shift isn't for me.

Fun workplace

Had fun working at this company until the LOB was dissolved. It is a common occurrence in these companies. If an LOB is avail, it means that it is overstaffed.

Competitive Salary / Okay Working Environment

Worked under a music streaming app project. It's non voice so the workload is fine. There are recent (unreasonable) changes in overall KPIs however that made me and other people quit. It's a good place for bpo newbies to start though.

Accounts in the company offer competitive incentives

Recommended BPO Company in Legazpi CityFor me, basic salary is low. You shouldn't expect much specially you are in the province. HR keeps on misplacing the documents that has been handed to them by the employees and asking for copies, not just once but multiple times.

Do your job right and you be okay. You'll get the support you need.

This review is only intended for those who may have the same position as I was.Everyone does their job as assigned. During my stay, management worked as intended, no power tripping, do your job and you're good. Training for new tech here and there will add to your skill set and camaraderie is good. In this company, you work your role and do it right and your day will be a breeze. Bosses are easy to work with, and also a quarterly ethics survey to make sure you get those grievances out of your chest, if any.

Pros

Relaxed environment, friendly colleagues, and approachable bosses.

Cons

Fast paced company, you must be amenable to learn new stuff and do new things.

Good place to start if you're a newbie.

Salary is just ok, not really competitive as compared to other BPO companies. They provide you with good training to get you ready once you hit the production floor.

Insane Work Politics, Low salary, a training ground only

work is too demanding for its borderline minimum wage salary. Workplace politics has a huge impact in being promoted. A laughingstock among BPO companies in metro naga. If you don't have BPO experience, I highly suggest applying here. The pili site is well-known for being a training ground for aspiring agents.

Where digital, people and process come together

Great company wherein you will be working with diverse group. Leaders are insightful and are open to feedback. Lots of training in place to upskill regardless of position. I had to leave due to career opportunities but if given a chance I would love to go back

Its okay for facilities but for management decisions they are worst

Worst management so far . Good facilities but for work balance thumbs down. Hope they will change their process and decisions when it comes to work. They continuosly blaming the workers but not improving it

Good Supervisors, Bad Upper Management

Management sucks and loves to always micro manage every moves we do. Every little mistakes is often a call out and it's like they are itching to fire employees right away. It wasn't like this in my previous company.

Help you grow in BPO industry.

It is a great experience. You will work a graveyard shift. I learned how to deal with different types of customers. The management is good. The workplace is quite good.

shuttled to other sites for class visits. engagement events. launch parties. overall the work culture is friendly and welcoming, they believe in respecting the learning curve for new hires and support is given where they can

Good but they did not pay my income taxes

They offer seasonal accounts that are perfect for those who want to try being call center agents. I was one, and was a good experience. But they did not pay my income taxes. I went to BIR to get my TIN ID but I was told I don't have one. What were the BIR forms they had us fill out for?

Unkept place, toxic people

The office wasn’t well-kept, the people in the management were inconsiderate, the team leaders were predators, and the salary was low. No growth at all.
