Lmao the salary increase was waaay too low that It wasn’t enough to cope with the inflation. HR is only available at night which doesn’t make sense tbh.

Flexible schedule but lack growth

I think it depends on your boss but my boss always approved our leaves without question. You can also plot or request your own schedule and basically stress-free since you are not handling a team. However, the compensation is just the same and there is no growth
