Good training ground for freshies
Not your typical chinese company. However they accept no experience applicants + easy application. People here especially higher ups had "attitude" but still thankful on what I learn here.

Salary is low.
Provided salary is low. Benefits provided was only the government mandated benefits. However, workmates are fun to be with. The problem is with the senior management.

Lack of Management skills

All of our projects encounter many delays and we can't finish those with the target date. Managers are lack of forecasting the construction progress, diligence in work, establishing standards and proper communication among the teams. In my part, they are not toxic. It's just quite demotivating to keep on being in system where it is very possible to improve it yet nothing is happening to change it.

No work balance, no ot pay, over worload, poor management

Over worload but no overtime pay. Schedule is Monday to Saturday you will have no time for other things because you need to finish all the paperwork and report before deadline. You will work at home just to complete all the task. If someone resign the remaining employees will fulfill the left job until they find replacement but no assurance if hr do they job.

The people here are friendly and they treat everyone like a family. discounts are given to employees regardless of employment status. the management treat everyone fairly and all are well compensated. the benefits are great too.

No health insurance for field work poor management not fair on employee. Basic benefits no yearly increase only for selected employees. Hr are always on side by the company
