i loved my work my co workers are so nice the management was so strict but they are nice to us, we work below 12 hours per day and they gave us high salary

Not good environment

I am working from a call center for Staples Canada, Overall process is a mess. They are expecting a good performance from their employees, but their management is the worst. The process is not being done. The management compares the performance from onshore and from the Philippines which they have different metrics. It seems like discrimination from work. They don't care about their people anymore it's business as usual. Providing overload work even though they have a lot of issues that need to be fixed. The website is a mess internal system is the worst. Not even providing email notification for the customer Just let customer contact customer service and we will take the blame if we get failing stats the blame still falls from us, not even checking how or why we are getting those numbers. I would love to resign but with the whole COVID issue I can't.
