Not good environment

I am working from a call center for Staples Canada, Overall process is a mess. They are expecting a good performance from their employees, but their management is the worst. The process is not being done. The management compares the performance from onshore and from the Philippines which they have different metrics. It seems like discrimination from work. They don't care about their people anymore...
