Fun Workplace observing Health and safety measures
Digital Marketing Executive (Current Employee) - Pasig City - February 18, 2021
In pre-pandemic times, the office has been so clean and they made sure we are safe from any germs. On top of that, it has a motivating ambience. The company has been very generous from the get-go. On our first day we are already handed our HMO and insurance benefits. People are so nice and respectful of each other. The internal teams are always their to offer help immediately when technical problems occur. The only hard part of the job is knowing we are on the top floor of the building, and it's quite scary if disaster strikes, but despite that I feel safe and I have faith we are secure. :) The most enjoyable part of the job is that they give you a chance to learn to expand your skillset. They also offer internal leadership workshops to prepare you for the next step.
Pros
Free lunches on Fridays (pre-pandemic), benefits, great office, attendance rewards

Impeccable workplace that helps you stay driven across the board
E-Commerce Manager (Current Employee) - Ortigas Center, Pasig City - February 15, 2021
I started out as a content writer for one of Staff Domain's (SD) biggest clients two years ago. Because SD does such a great job in developing its employees, while putting each of us in such a great position to achieve success and job security, I eventually got transferred to another client, this time as an E-Commerce Manager. A typical day at work usually involves working on product listings, sending out invoices to customers who ordered our products online, tending to customer enquiries, and etc. One of the most unique assets of SD's management team is its ability to keep an open line of communication between it and its workforce. The management team always sees to it to keep track of all suggestions and feedback for further improvement. In the spirit of continual development, SD does an awesome job implementing a "Work Hard, Play Hard" workplace culture. Make no mistake: We take our jobs very seriously! But, we're taught to never lose the fun part in fulfilling our duties to our dear clients on a daily basis. We take pride in the company's long-standing efforts to keep the work-life balance in check (and that's something other companies struggle to do at times). Perhaps, the hardest part of the job is knowing which task at hand to take on first. The solution? Prioritise which one needs immediate attention (and make sure you're in coordination with your client while you're at it). At the end of the day, it's such a luxury to get paid doing things that you love and I believe that's the most enjoyable part of the job. Being at SD taught me the value of staying teachable, coachable, -
Pros
Study subsidy, free lunches, management team that listens, international travel and training opportunities, HMO coverage (+1 dependent), life insurance, above-average compensation packages
Cons
Long commute (because I reside outside the Metro Manila area) but manageable

Official response from Staff Domain
October 10, 2020Hi Waldo, Firstly we hope all is well with you and your family. We are sorry that things didn't work out with you and your client. Unfortunately, the job that you were hired for you could not complete to the level that you advised they you could, and we feel horrible about this. Even our managing director reached out to you, along with staff on both the client & Staff Domains teams putting together a performance improvement plan to help you get on the right track. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and best intentions of both us and the client at the end of that period you were still unable to complete the task that you had advised the client you could and us to an acceptable level. Because of that, unfortunately, we had to part ways. In saying that we have no ill will towards you and wish you the very best of luck in the future with your endeavours!
Staying driven has never been this rewarding.
E-Commerce Manager (Current Employee) - Pasig City, Philippines - June 23, 2020
Working for Staff Domain (SD), for almost two years now, taught me the value of continual improvement in what I do. SD's awesome management team always puts its employees' welfare and development first; hence, the reason it promotes work-life balance on all fronts. SD's leaders motivate each and every one of us to go above and beyond at all times.
They say if you love what you do, then you don't have to work a single day in your life—this one holds true at SD. On top of having caring and understanding leaders, SD's workplace culture can be typified as family-like. The hardest part of the job, I'd say, is the daily commute (because I live outside the Metro Manila area). Other than that, everything's enjoyable at SD.
Pros
Free lunches, international travel and training opportunities, HMO coverage (+1 dependent), life insurance, above-average compensation packages
Cons
Still has some room for improvement in some aspects of the business
