Work environment is very toxic especially in the Finance Office. Though the Head of the Department is not very strict but one of the workmate in the Department will make your stay very stressful.

Good place to start career.

Generally had a good experience in this work but mostly it was because of the colleagues that I have. Employees are generally easy to get along with. The management/admin needs to be more aware and understanding of the concerns of their employees.

Management is not good.

Management is not good unlike in other company. Salary is lower than other company. Lots of work to do and they are not hiring other people to do the job. No Overtime pay sometimes even if you extend the working hours.

provides seminars good salary dealing with kids is the most enjoyable dealing with management and teacher schedule are the hardest making UBD and other materials needed for teaching

It's fun working at St. Paul College of Makati, even if the work is toxic to some, we get to enjoy yearly outings. Yearly there is a what we call renewal of Faith.
