Non toxic working environment
Almost everyone on this organization is non toxic even on the production area. The only cons is the low salary/compensation. You also have paid leaves, hmo, etc.

Management is not fair
The management here is not fair. They didnt also gave us the COE after 3days of ENDO and the back pay. Poor communication to the agent. HR is not actively answering to our Concerns.

Not recommended. You'll do the job you should not be doing. Salary is too small.
You will learn a lot, especially the part that isn't even your job. Salary is too small. Salary increase is not worth it. Some will just tell you, "Atleast meron natanggap." Last pay is hard to get, takes 3-5 months. Management barely to No reply to inquiries.

Productive and fun working environment
Productive working environment with a lot of enjoyable activities. Caring for the employee with health Card after 6 months. a lot of trainings for personal improvement.never forget all the memories especially during special occasions.

Excellent and continuous training.
I appreciated very much the culture of camaraderie. Supervisors and Managers were really human and there is no power tripping among them. Every time I commited errors, I was courteously and respectfully coached. The only problem I encountered was the account itself because it was quite toxic for the reason that agents don't have any control over the product prices and tv program packages and there were plenty of unsatisfied customers.
