Not so good

This company is one of those companies with toxic Office Culture and Co-worker. They also do not provide any improvement to their employees, that means no promotions. The only time that there would be a raise in salary is when DOLE raises the minimum wage. The management is unfriendly and unprofessional, my former manager there would always shout at whenever me or my co-workers commit any errors regarding work.
