Great place to hone your skills, if you can handle it.
Accountant (Former Employee) - Makati - November 29, 2022
Fast-paced company requiring versatility. Corporate direction tend to change frequently, which makes it hard to get things done. But you will have the experience to do a lot of different scenarios. Work environment, colleagues and managers in finance is fun and approchable but expects you to respond when urgent tasks come up (even after work hours). Great exposure if you want to learn a lot of things you wouldn't normally see in other company. Make sure you like getting challenged. Resigning and getting your last pay is a whole different story tho. HR needs to work on streamlining their processes.
Pros
Great exposure, Competitive salary, Nice office, Friendly staff and teammates
Cons
Long hours, Limited career advancement, HR support in general is slow but more so for resigned employees

Chill lawyer work but no management direction
If you're from a firm, the work is easy. Volume is the enemy. But since there is weak management direction, a lot of work is rushed. Pay is low so ok to work here for at least a year.

Not a good place to grow
Project Manager (Former Employee) - Makati - June 14, 2022
If you just want a job to help you tide the pandemic, it's okay. People here stay for less than a year. The attrition rate is that high. They have a good starting salary for entry level positions. However, they have no system. As in none. They pretend to have one but they have no real standards and no timelines, no standard templates and bad culture. department heads like to power trip but they are not competent. they are not problem solvers. There is no management committee, no competent leaders and no accountability. The old people in rank and file positions are stern in their old outdated ways. They do not follow, are rude and do not take their work seriously.
Pros
above average starting salary
Cons
no career path and growth, no system, poor work environment and culture

They have a high starting salary but they have hi attrition rate. employees only stay for months at a time. only give government mandated benefits and have no bonus or performance incentives. no overtime pay. no hazard pay. 11 hours work required. They donot give proper orientation to the employees. office is in a nice building but when you enter, it is dirty and disorganised. administrative staff work poorly and fail to deliver needs of the key employees. admin/hr/accounting/finance always annoyed when they need to work. system is bureaucratic.company has no direction. no growth. no clear processes. will implode anytime

Co-workers here are nice to work with. Higher ups are very approachable. There's also room for career development. Things I didn't like here: - changing of work schedules - salary upgrade (3 years but my salary is still around 10k) - force leaves due to absence of materials or no clients
Pros
Hmo

A company run by a 27yrs old President and 31yrs old COO
An ever changing plan on what business to pursue. Budget is allocated in other project just to finance other business which is not feasible. They have a mantra which comes with the president himself "Let’s think about it when we are there"
Pros
Nothing I guess.
Cons
Long hours of work.
