What is the interview process like at SM Investments Corporation?

One day process

So slow in progress.

The first interview in the Pasay recruitment center is light and the recruitment officers were kind and humble, so there was no tension during the interview. The 2nd and final interview (HR Assistant), involved talking to the senior manager of the HR department. She was kind also, calm, intelligent, yet intimidating. And she asks situational questions to find out your moral values and true personality.

Sm Lanang informed me that I have an interview in that day, they feel me comfortable and confidence because during interview they never pressure me and intertaining me well. Then, they told me directly that I hired and give me instructions on how to comply my requirements.

It's just a normal interview. They'll ask information about you such as educational attainment, family background, work experience etc., you just have to be confident and prove that you're willing to work wholeheartedly.

They are very particular on the personal information and values an applicant has.
