A place with a set structure where you know what needs to be done. Alot of red tape to go through but also good in that you have a specific role and do not need to worry about doing more tahn you should,

Work life, lack of manpower

Definately not a good work life ideal type of place. Lack of manpower, and stoppages of new pairs of hands. Cut down over time hours, no extras allowance.

Nice staff food, good cafes for staff

Under paid, stressful environment
