Everyday is a new adventure and challenge. That how I am going to described the store now. I learn so many style and techniques on how you can manage different work station in fast pace but everything in quality. I've learned the different kind of hazard, about food safety and compliance.
Everyone is enjoying there shift and working together to achieve one goal which is to reach the budget and go over if possible. The most enjoyable part of the job when you make the guest smile and return because they never forget the experiences and feeling that they treated special and important during the visit. Treating them as a family.
Management I think they need to have a very focus and be more dedicated to bring the original ambiance of the store. It was lost and the original concept was change. Honestly everyone is thinking to resign after they finished two year.

It was funny place to work ever , the atmosphere was so good and the production was so good that te company start its another branch within a year.

Everyday was interesting and enjoyable day with new people as there was lot of fun in the restaurant . Every customer was attracted to our family as there was Shackmosphere ( Atmosphere in Shake Shack) . Every one help each other when they were free and the management was keen in the future trends and the daily targets to achieve . The growth was so quick that company start its another branch in the country within a year .

Shake shack is a fun and enjoyable working environment where i have learned and experienced a lot about flexibility in dealing with people who worked with me, cooperating with them to reach the highest level of the store's achievement .
