The verdict? What’s not to like? Shake Shack has that indefinable fast food attribute that keeps you consuming through to the last bite with short breathers for ketchup-dipped fries and maybe a deep pull from a creamy hand-spun shake as that salt activates the desire for a sweet complement. The melted American cheese melds with the patty’s griddled surface and the so-soft bun envelopes it into a quick melt-in-your-mouth meal. The secret signature sauce incorporating mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup and kosher dill pickling brine bumps up the taste and appeal.
