Great people, terrible compensation
Operations Coordinator (Former Employee) - Makati - April 14, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedStarted out here and enjoyed the work as well as the lower management. Had to leave because the pay was too low for the amount of work they put on entry level employees.

Great and non-toxic co-workers but stressful workloads and low salary
LANGUAGE/PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (Former Employee) - Makati - September 13, 2021
Approachable and nice co-workers even from other countries. Salary is not enough for the stress and workloads everyday. There is no work-life balance also during peak season as you have to monitor every weekend. Not recommended for a long-term job.
Pros
Approachable colleagues
Cons
Long hours of work and low salary

Nice people but super stressful work
Project Coordinator (Former Employee) - Makati - March 30, 2021
Work can be fun and relaxed but it becomes super stressful during peak season and before holidays. No work-life balance as you still have to monitor and keep your lines open even after working hours and during weekends.
Pros
Great team, very helpful people, easy to take leave
Cons
Long hours, poor management

Busy work environment, yet people are kind
Training coordinator (Former Employee) - Makati - January 19, 2021
Working in a fast-paced environment is inevitable because of tight turn-around projects. But people are approachable and are patient to help you out. They are fun and easy to be with.
Pros
Events and time flexibility
Cons
Work due dates are highly valued

A day in a life in SDI Media
Account Executive (Current Employee) - Makati - February 16, 2020
I love working there but salary is a bit inadequate for the job itself. People are nice and will cooperate with you, but the only problem I have is the salary itself.

The workspace is nice. People are okay. Elevators in this building is often not working.
The workflow in this company is easy to understand. Mentors are nice and will answer your questions accurately.

Good for temp work only
Account Executive (Former Employee) - Makati City - April 15, 2019
The company is very lenient about breaks. Colleagues are nice but the management, not so. Everyday attire is casual. What makes the job hard is the deadline, but overall it can be really chill.
Pros
not too stressful, you don't have to bring your work at home
Cons
bad benefits, low salary, management does not take care of their employees, high turnover rate

Productive yet no appreciation
Production Coordinator (Current Employee) - Philippines - January 21, 2017
Even if you did your best for urgent file to meet the client due date there's no appreciation from the management. Overtime are always questionable that leads to unpaid. No career growth, hence they will give you more workload. No raise from the company.
Pros
Healthcare
Cons
Short Breaks
