Toxic and unfair management

Culture is very toxic. They don't care about their employees' wellness especially during pandemic. No support and appreciation given. I could say, this is the worst company.

No career improvement, no back pay for employees

No career improvement, No trainings/seminars, No salary increase, and most of all , HR staffs responded very slow or no response at all on inquiries from other employees.

Toxic and No Progress

Do not apply in this company ,if you still want to have a peace of mind, accounting managers are so unprofessional ,gossip, politics,toxic, and not good in leading the team. They commit a specific task from client request and when the committed tasks are not met , they blame the staff, instead of guiding and supporting them,also the HR takes longer to response to any inquiries from employee, they are just aggressively reponsing when you are applying the job.

Poorest of the Poor Company Culture

The toxic culture drives good employees away. This is evident in the high attrition rate of the company.Management is too obssessed with daily meetings without any concrete agenda.

A nice place to work when you are eager to learn new skills. The company also gives trainnings and seminar that will help the employee grow in its capabilities. To be an effective and efficient one.

It is good to have a review on my previous job.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the management they are approachable and they are all friendly and the hardest part of the job is the delayed of request facilities needs, tools,etc.

Good and fair

Nice company and fair.I learn about bpo facility, new equipment,generator.ups and everthing about property management. But what i dont like is its only project base.

This is a great facilities management company.

They always keeping touch to their employees and they will deploy every employees to the nearest project to their accommodation. They always make updated training and seminars regarding health and safety for each technical employees.

Work and Responsibilities

They are good in terms of delegating tasks. I have learned from them on how to handle your team and the management as well. Workplace are good and full of positive and happy people.

Productive and a really good place to learn about Human Resource

I source applicants everyday and interview walk-in and applicants with appointment. I also address and handle the concerns of some employees and applicants and ask help to my superiors whenever I find things difficult. I learned a lot being an intern in the said company. The workplace is really comfortable and the employees are easy to get along with. In summary, the company is a recommended place for internship.

With Benefits

Work schedule is Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM and Saturday from 8AM to 12NN. Though in case of emergency in the building, we need to go back even if it is holiday and 24/7 monitoring of site (on call)
