Productive, need physically fit to work.

There's lot of competition, lots of furniture brand. So you have to hit the daily sales quota by salestalking well almost in an aggressive way.

Poor coordination of higher ups, leading to confusion of some sales associate. Insane monthly quota, we can't reach that very high quota due to the pandemic they have to lower it down. Low % of incentive, I heard some company if you hit the monthly quota you'll get 1-2% of that quota but in San Yang it's only 0.5%. Food allowances are only for those who are regular.

Fun and challengeng every day

Every store only one employee to handle sales, install and promote the product. But all supervisor helping to install but twice a month and pressure all the time.

You have to be careful cause your one mistake might affect your overall output as a team.

Good company if you want to have experience but not for long term. Bosses don't usually interact so you won't feel pressure during working hours unless they require you to finish some reports.

Stress environment

Heavy workload, disrespectful coworkers, office gossip always spread so be ready mentally. Salary are not good. Strict Company policy specially on attendance and late. No overtime,

It was okay.

At first, it was okay. I was given different tasks and introduced how to be a payroll staff there. Months passed, nothing much changed. I seek for more growth, and I waited still. The management is okay, they are all nice there. But it's kinda tiring since I only have Sunday as my rest day and I do go to Church on sunday so there's really no rest for me. I want to do more than I was tasked to.

Stable Processes

My overall experience in working with Sanyang is great. The company doesn't require much of my personal time and the 8 hrs work shift is manageable, aside from the weekend hustle (since it's a retail company). The only concern that I had with them was a midhandling from the management regarding my rate, but fortunately they fixed it as soon as I raised the issue.

Productive, long hours of work.

You have to learn to work hard and focus on the task given to you. It is really nice that we, designers, have our monthly meeting to update every store's strengths and weaknesses. Choose your friends or co-workers wisely. Learn to play the work/game/people in honest way. Should never feel pressure.

Turuan mag assemble ng cabinet, panatilihin maayos at malinis ang display. Mag update ng inventory sa store. Weekly updates of inventory and total sales.

A Productive place to develop your service skills as to providing the needs of the costumers

A company that offres you a complete service that could make you productive as a responsible employee. Sanyang is a company that could break through challenge as to reaching the required sales qouta per month that would help develop communication skills of the employee as to providing the equitable service to the costumers.

Productive, happy work place

I am flexible and can do multi-task. Works with minimum supervision. I have a happy work place and healthy environment. I've learned a lot with my job, i am very keen to details, can work independently and also as a team. Hardest part is you have to be very careful on what you have to do because that could affect the whole department.

Productive, fun environment

-8am to 5pm. 9 hours is such an enjoyable hours -I learned a lot, I learned how to talk with different types of people. I learned to stay calm amidst pressure, I learned to balance social and professional life, extensive skills, etc. -the management is good and very accommodating and considerate, -my co-workers are fun to be with, I can cope with them easily -when there are many complains from my co-workers -when I go to different places to work (Fieldwork)
