There's lot of competition, lots of furniture brand. So you have to hit the daily sales quota by salestalking well almost in an aggressive way.
Poor coordination of higher ups, leading to confusion of some sales associate. Insane monthly quota, we can't reach that very high quota due to the pandemic they have to lower it down. Low % of incentive, I heard some company if you hit the monthly quota you'll get 1-2% of that quota but in San Yang it's only 0.5%.
