Work and life balance environment.A competitive company that allows careèr advancement and enhancement. Everybody (from operators to local managers) gets to converse with expats.Agency employees have the priveledge to be hired as direct employees through exam and good attendance. Employees work hand-in-hand in solving the problems encountered in their processes.

* a typical day at work is always busy but no ending discovery and learning* what you learned, do not underestimate your knowledge. you can always explore and find ways* management needs to understand employees' concern* workplace culture is very amazing though some need to learn and accept changes* the hardest part of the job is when there's a deadline and are already late because of the resources needed still unavailable but you need to do all the ways to achieve the daily ativities* the most enjoyable part of the job, after work even you have ups and down with good leaders to assist you along the way you will never have the dullest time of the day
