Working in this company, you will feel exploited. The pay is very low but the workload is high. The HR does not represent the employees but just a crone of the management. Too many inconsistencies in the policies. But easy on leaves and supports your educational endeavours.

Some of the information posted on online hiring are deceiving. Salary bracket are not yet put into standardization. But some of their benefits are great like giving sick leave and vacation leave to employees. They also have annual corporate events for employees.

My experience working with this company was a total waste of time..they don't care about the employees welfare at all. All the management cares about is selling their products ...they will initially lure you with initial commissions but will later make the commissions or incentives un-reachable by way of increasing your targets exponentially.

Productive, Competent and Growing Company.

It's a growing company company that needs experienced people they can work with by day to day basis. The owner works hands on and normally supervised the scope of each department through constant communication of the department head. There is a weekly meeting with managers and supervisors to follow-ups concerns and current status update of each department from production, sales, human resources, and company's assets.

Fun and Exciting Workplace

The employees as well as the management are very approachable and fun to be with. There are also company organized events that will help you grow and enjoy. Incentives are given to employees for complying their monthly deliverables.

Its a nice and challenging working environment since we are dealing with different kinds of people.I enhance my self through my experiences and become a better and knowledgeable person. Productive and fun workplace. I've learned to value the things that being assigned to me. The management is very supportive. The hardest part of the job id when you need to accomplish all the things that you want to finish specially if you don't have enough time. The most enjoyable part of the job is when everything is being accomplish.

It has been my second family, the CEO and his family are very kind and i love my officemates, I am their friend and their boss. Working with this kind of people and environment makes the work easier.
The hardest part of my job is firing people, but i have no choice, i need to let go of people that is not contributing in achieving company's goal.
The most enjoyable part is seeing your people hitting their quota because i know that they are exerting effort to hit what we are aiming for as a group.

The main job typically starts at 3 pm so this is ideal especially for a student, at the time, like me. I make the daily sales collection records. I have to ensure that the cash on hand and cash recorded is balanced. Another task is to inform the accounting from the head office of the whereabouts of the cash input and output. Updating the tax records of the branch is also part of my responsibilities. Additional tasks are determined by my supervisor. The main tasks tyically only take about 30 minutes or less depending on the number of inputs.

A very nice company for a fresh graduate who is looking for a well balanced office culture

My typical day at work starts with prayers and morning greetings from my co-workers. After the prayer we go immediately unto our station to start our designated jobs.
I was trained to properly operate a Oracle and later used it. My position is a very busy one and though it has a lot of pressure I did enjoy doing it because my co-workers are very nice.
The hardest part of my job is the job itself and the responsibility it entailed.
The management were human resource oriented where they value the feelings of their employees but at the same time were strict to adhere to the rules and policy.
I did enjoy working with the company and it was the first job one could even dream of.

Working with this company is nice, I have been flattered with the comments of my co-workers supervisors and boss with my job performance. Though management was not good as in good, they also provide what was just needed, what important is what I have learned working with this company. It enhance my Knowledge ability and skills when it comes with the field of Accounting/Finance. My co-workers who adds spice and happiness during my stay were one of the things which is good to treasure even on the future. Hardest part, actually nothing I survived and able to handle my job even in pressure and still can provide reliable and on time reports.Most enjoyable is that knowing that I learned to love every detail of my job and the composition.
