For those who are not willing to work in an environment that is more on output and productivity where gossips, groups, and loud people this is not recommended for you.

Low stress with friendly management and co-workers

Management is not fair
Multiple Positions (Former Employee) - Paranaque - September 20, 2022
This company is good for people who are new graduates and no experiences at all. This is good for training ground only. If you want to excel in your position, look for a better company. You will only have a promotion here if you're close to the Top Management even if your superior acknowledges your work and strengths, but the Top Management never considers them as she always is after gossips without fact checking. She always tells employees that you are fortunate to have a job this time of COVID since they never closed as they are essentials. But hey, those employees work hard with no increase as Top Management always say its COVID and again be fortunate to be working with them. You can have friends here though who will share the same agony with you. They stopped work life balance and events in the company are poorly overrated because they say, there's an ongoing new building construction and no budgets for such. Retention and Attrition rate is too high, so wondering why?

Not an ideal company for true professionals. The poor management and work culture will make you wonder about your worth.

Since it is a company that supplies raw mats for essential industries, it can operate continuously and even thrive during pandemic. However, attrition rate is very high due to poor management. It is a waste of time to stay longer and spend your professional career there because in the long run, you will notice how poorly they treat their employees, even the managers. Overall, I can say that it is not the ideal workplace for highly capable professionals to stay on as you cannot expect any future career growth and value. Can you imagine a probationary employee not earning leave credits even already regular? You will only start to earn 3 months after regularization. That means that you do not earn any leave credits on your first 9 months.
