Enjoy but exhausting

It was fun working with the company however, if they only compensate fairly I would have stayed longer. No other benefits only salary and 13th month pay.

fun working environment

* A typical day starts with an inspection of the entire store by the opening officers. No sales staff is allowed to enter not until the inspection is done. * I learned hard work pays in this company. * Our Operations Manager is very hands on and approachable. * They recognizes hard work. Seniority is not an issue for your promotion as long as you deliver results. * The hardest part of the job is you get to be transferred easily to other branches even if its far from your home, making you spend more transportation allowance. * The most enjoyable part of the job is working with people who treats you like family.

free food if you have min of 3 hours overtime

Cons

a lot of overnight works specially on December.
