What is the promotion process like at Robinsons Supermarket Corporation?

Some do their jobs great however higher management cannot reciprocate it, you'll need to wait for several years before being promoted if you're assigned in provincial store since the store expansion is slow unlike in Manila area. I have colleagues who are more than 10 yrs. as supervisor even they are performing well still not being promoted in higher position due to lack of career growth and increase when you're promoted are not that big around 20% from you previous salary and you'll wait around 8 months before the adjustments of salary
