Good company but can be better
-work-life balance is met-mandatory benefits only-top-heavy (lots of managerial positions but few staffs)- prefers to hire externally than promote from within-employees are mostly friendly- with sportsfest, outing, parties

A good place to start your career
It is a good place to start your career as you will really gain a lot of the practical skills needed for the more advance role. However, I wouldnt recommend staying for too long. Too much politics and bureaucracy within the company. Also, compensantion and incentives are not competitive

Hard to say that this is good or not, the salary is not that good, very hard to increase salary, very long hours, no growth and you have to follow up your salary increase.

Upon applying, they asked me how I was able to find their opening for a position. They also asked some usual things like what I can offer the company, what did I expect to gain from my experience, etc. but they also made some random inquiries about my life in school and my parents which aren't really that sensitive and could be taken as the company trying to get to know you personally.
