The reason I leave my job at Robinsons Appliances is that the work place was full of discrimination, promoters don't have respect, its been so toxic already, the managers and officers even cashiers are so toxic they have this culture of favoritism just because they are in the position. when some of the employees are going to resign formally they just suddenly band employees and they wont allow to enter the store as customer. This is base on my experience i was working in Robinsons Appliances for about seven years and when this new management take over, everything goes wrong unexpectedly that even the cashiers supervisor will sometimes or not just sometimes, but most of the time will over power the decisions of the manager.
