No work life balance

First of all, product training only last for 2 weeks. Its not enough knowing that the product is very broad, they let us experience call on the 3rd week and has this ''practice makes perfect'' attitude which is not really applicable to all since most of the concern is too complex. Was part of the company for over 5years. If you are the type of person who is open to different kinds of challenges, you will be able to find a good position in the company. Pros include Compensation, Benefits, and Work is challenging, but not bad. Biggest Con is the Office politics in some of the groups.

Awesome Overall

Been with the company for a long time. As long as you're performing, there's always a place for you. Company has better than average perks with up to 3 HMO dependents included. Other perks have been removed though due the current husiness environment surrounding tech companies
