typical day at work is very productive I have a lot things to do as a Junior Auditor but my manager is always helping me. I learned a lot from her and she never puts me down, she always teach me about new things in the company.

Fun colleagues

I don't recommend working here. They doesn't provide proper trainings to their employees. No career growth, i've been with the company for 9 months only and i'am already deciding whether should i pass my resignation letter. Poor management.

The culture of their management is not centralized, they have sub offices that filter info from the origin to destination, boss is not good, and their process is old

With good officemates and learning from other colleagues

I work in the LGU making the yearly financial statement of the 47 barangay but the 47 barangay is divided to 6 employee to make a financial statement and i am 1 of the 6 who is making it

Fun work with this company especially in our branch we establish our good relationship towards our colleagues

Every day upon entering and set down at my table first thing i check my emails.Second check my list to do's for the day meetings with clients,companies or agents.Follow up needed requirements for Loan applicants.I learned a lot of things on how to multi task,have self driven,result oriented,manage different kinds of people with different attitudes.I also learned how to handle things as calm as i can that no matter how how hard things maybe you need to stay positive in all action you will do.Work and culture with differences you must able to understand others towards work.The hardest past is you know you can deliver but you have to push others to think as you as well and inculcate in their mind that we are one group and work as a team.The most enjoyable part is when you achieved your goal and deliver exceptional result even a lot of challenges happened.

It provides accessible credit to livelihood projects and to the micro-enterprise sector. The company was incorporated in 1964. Interview loan applicants to elicit information; investigate applicants' backgrounds and verify references; prepare loan request papers; and forward findings, reports, and documents to appraisal department I learned a lotlike how to give excellent good service. communicating skills and sales marketing strategy. the hardest past of the job is you have many boss with different policies and ideas that gives you a hard time who you suppose to go on with. But the most enjoyable part is when you hit your Booking and Collection budget, you will received big incentives.

A typical day in RFC is started with a busy workforce that follows itinerary that was made from last night as preparation for tommorow's work. Depending on the urgency of the task an employee can start on Collecting customers, conducting marketing activities, conducting credit/background investigation on loan applicants, or creating memos for remedial actions and lastly confiscating unit collaterals o delinquent accounts.
