The most useful review selected by IndeedWorkload is impossible during busy season, but you will grow a lot. Work life balance is non existent during this season as well. But the people that I've worked with are great.

Work is challeging but very fulfilling.

It’s a good training ground for new CPAs. It teaches you to be resilient and independent, and helps you build connections among others. Work is very tough, especially during the audit season but once you get past that, you will gain this sense of achivement and self-satisfaction.
