Stressful environment

A lot of pressure, the chargeable hours are stressful especially if there are no clients/tasks. Long working hours, most of the time OTs are not paid.

Toxic Environment

Long working hours with no overtime pay. Senior assocs will ask you to finish a task even if it is already beyond working hours. They do not have respect on people’s time. No proper training, they will just send you out to the client without clear instructions.

Fun and stressful place to work

Good:Good training ground for starters, benefits, special events and projects, free lunch, rewards.Bad/Challenge:Pressuring, technicals are too much, per deliverables are strictly graded, keen observations with your performance, harshful feedbacks and replies coming from your team, taking not only the designer role but as well the project management role per projects/tasks only within the given chargeable hours.

Good for experience

Experience in an audit firm is really is a huge plus for CPAs. Exposure to different accounting issues of various companies. Salary will significantly increase after leaving the firm.
