Excellent working environment

Its true we have the benefits of the employee but we earn like businessmen. Manage your own time, do whatever you want, its you who have control of your time. Everyone is helpful from rank n file to the CEO. This is the company that banks on boosting people’s morale.

Not Fair

As agent, this is not recommended to all because without Starting Basic Salary and Allowance. Taking risks without full support from the company. And you will need to pay 4k to 8k to become Licensed Financial Consultant.

Really welcoming colleagues

Pru Life UK is one of the best insurance companies here in the Philippines. They have very reasonable commission percentage, as well as really good trainors. Colleagues are also very open to beginners.

Its a good training ground

It was a good training ground for me to learn more on handling business, people and doing sales. I was also trained as a manager. It was hard from the start but eventually, your effort and hardwork pays off after years or months if you go for your goals.

Fun working environment. My colleagues are very approchable. Good benefits

Working with PRU has enhanced my communication skills, verbal and non-verbal. It was such a great community. I was able to utilize my skills and specialization in Admin/Clerical work at the same time has improved it.
