too much politics

too much politics in the workplace. Managers are selfish and would think for their own instead. Everyone is always trying to get ahead and would not help anybody else

Shifting schedule, politics in company

Lots of politics in company, good benefits, long hours, they make up for some HR events and freebies. Gender inclusive but still on an old fashioned setup

Great company but no work life balance, politjcs

Great benefitsSalary same with international companiesWork life balance non existent. Forced to acr multiple roles “exceeding expectations” cultureNot too generous on sponsored trainings. Learn on your own because peers are too busy with their own work

Great leadership especially in finance

The finance leadership team cares for its people and f&a as an organization. It strives to realize its vision for a more robust org by truly understanding and providing the resources needed for the issues at hand and potential issues in the long run.It is a very demanding job though but you see that your workmates are all in the same boat.

Depends on your goal

Hiring process is grueling. progression is virtually nothing if you are start with an administrative position. It will take you a minimum of ten years to reach manager level.

Excellent compensation but very heavy workload

Compensation is great but the workload is a lot. It's a fast-paced, high pressure environment. The people are great though. Very professional and topnotch.

Competitive Salary = Competitive Environment

This is not the best company for you if you just want to work well and get paid. Competition is a must here or you will be stuck in the entry level role. Though salary is very competitive, if you want to get promoted, you really have to be aggressive in making your presence felt. The leadership team has their favorites - if you are an introvert who does not like the spotlight, even though you excel and do well in your job, you will not be promoted if you are quiet.

Pros

Competitive salary, bonuses, facilities

Cons

Biased leadership team, Toxic environment, highly competitive co-workers

Life is a race

Competition is really high. Most of the employees are either from the top 3 UNI or at least a laude.High compensation and gives good employee benefits.

Competitive and Fast Paced

Great Company in terms of salary, and people are nice. humbling experience. you’ll improve greatly within a few months. “no work” on weekends, but you will work on weekends.

Pros

lots of additional benefits

Great benefits

The company has great benefits. If you’re an outdoor person and no work-life balance is okay with you, then the job position will fit you. Disclaimer, not all job positions there are having a work-life balance.

Best company for starters

This is a good experience for fresh grads especially because I started with P&G as my first company.I really learned a lot although there was pressure in the beginning cause I started in the WFH setup where it was much difficult to learn the ropes in the starting days. But everyone was willing to teach me so I was glad

Pros

Compensation, culture

Cons

Fast paced, competitive environment

Great pay and benefits but very fast paced

As you are working in a FMCG company, the learning curve is high and very fast paced. It was difficult for me, having started in the midst of the pandemic but I do think it would've been a good type of work in a different setting.Lots of learning in my short stay and I loved the people the most but I couldn't keep up with the pacing.
