Fun workplace with my co-workers but the bosses are toxic. The payroll is on time. The ER's took a long time to respond to our inquires and questions.

Lower Salary and Benefits

They assigned me to client in Binondo. Lower salary and no benefits especially for fresh graduate. I am MWE at that time even if I am an College Graduate.

HR don't actively coordinate with employees. No one will tell if your DTR approver changed until its too late. Then you will have your salary delayed.

They are manpower agency. No problem with the management since I was absorbed by the company they put me in. People are very accommodating and friendly. They are really concern with their employees and always on the run to solve any problem.

Aggressive decision making with regards with the concerns

A typical day at work is usually the day to day preparation of accounting reports as well as the weekly and monthly reporting activities. This will help us learned how we become more efficient and effective in doing our daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities. This is the reason why we have a good and great relation with the management and also to our co-workers in the preparation of the day to day activities enjoyably. The hardest part of the job is when we are all in a hurry stressing ourselves to cope up for the deadline and to finish the job accurately and perfectly. The most enjoyable part of the job is when everybody cooperate and have a participation in all our daily activities.
