Hoping to improve the standardization/auditing practices. No pre-approved, clear allowance/s for the employees. Even the overtime pay is taxable. No subsidies for the employees such as for living, transportation, or food. The assistance for information necessary for the employees is not well managed. Transparencies and equal benefits are not established or in partial.

Not bad, but also not good

average level not so bad, but also not so goodif there is any other company offering you, go for it... don't bother with this one, they still don't know how to manage their system and people.the salary is always late, and no career growth,staying here is good while looking for other company that is perfect for you.

Good Work Environment

I was an intern in the purchasing department, the work environment was very good. The people were kind and helpful. I was taught how to make purchase orders and contact suppliers regarding the ordering of materials. I was able to do help out in tasks that the purchasing assistants would typically do.

Everyday i used to start my work with strong and on the mood. so that i will give my 100 percent work in good quality in everyplace..coz i always assigned sometimes in different area. there's condominum, building or houses..i can say that my work is good coz, i learned how to be productive , how to mix colors,duko and varnish and some technique in paintings,,my hardest part of my job is to clean ceiling using sandpapers..but still ..when everytime i see my work ..it feels me fullfuilling specially, when my client would be like my worked.

when became to job site it always supervise and monitoring to workers. yes, you can encounter always problems arguing to co-workers or construction management but it is part of job because it enhance your skill and abilities to handle such problems. why i like to work at job site is it always gives me a challenged to do my task as civil engineering graduate especially when it became to decision making.
