Great company, HR is very accomodating, peaceful and ethical workplace, non toxic people. Very suitable for fresh graduates but the compensation and benefits are not increasing. Career growth is not satisfying. No work-life balance due to the schedule but somehow, management is good.

productive and fun workplace

Working in powermac center as a customer service representative is challenging especially when you deal with irate clients. But it is also fun and exciting to learn new technical features when there are new products released.

lack professional growth

you get to help a lot of people who have some trouble using their apple devices. learn patience and interpersonal skills due to the nature of the job, daily activity becomes a routine.

Productive and fun workplace and co-workers.

I learned to be more patient with clients who were irate and to listen more to client's concerns. Very good culture. The hardest part of the job is when we are only 3 to 4 frontline who assist many pending clients. But the workmates are the very enjoyable part of the job for you will really feel the teamwork and help when you're in need.

Provides never-ending trainings

Working at Power Mac Center is enjoyable. We were able to know the in-depth knowledge about Apple products. However, working there is really hard and you really need to be a fast-learner. There are numbers of people who resigns after probationary period, because working there feels like you do not have enough time with your family. My working hours is from 10am to 8:30pm and newbie usually works on weekends and holidays. But the good thing is, if you will stay for more than a year, there is a chance that you will be promoted since a lot of employees are resigning.

Great management. Fun culture

The management is great. Monthly meetings are considered paid overtime. If you need to do something that the company requires, like medical exam, govt requirement, they will let you do it during your working hours and not on your day off. They have a very strong working culture lets the team work together and have fun while working.

Good Experience

Good Experience on Massive Foot traffic everyday Most enjoyable part is you get to have your own personal Macbook Hardest part of the job is Administrative Support on Manpower and internet connection. Most enjoyable part of the job is you get to meet different people in a different manner. Lastly Co-Workers are great!
