Fun workplace, Challenging
Good for training ground to enhance your customer service, you will learned a lot from your customer daily. The hardest part of the job is you will find a solution to solve the problem of the customer even it's not scope of your work. Management is not fair for all ages.
All i see in this company is the manager is not interested on fresh graduate like me and i have never given a chance to prove my worth. I have high expectations from this company but the way the management handle this branch is not very accomodating and looking down us who's above 30's. I thought this company is for all ages. You better change your management or this branch would end up in a mess.What would you say about your employer?
