Polyserve Philippines, Inc. is an agency, you don't get other benefits like bonuses, though if you still need a work experience you can apply to gain more experience.

Professionals and very accommodating
My coworkers are doing their job well and professionals to my assigned company. I hope I can work again to POLYSERVE as my recruitment agency if there are opportunities to get me hired again. The company are well managed and have a good ambiance and the personnels are very accommodating to the applicants.

A very few benefits only
Only good at the start... Salary is good but management is poor. There were some discrepancies of the job offer between Polyserve and the actual client where you would be deployed to. Whenever I visit their main office, there's always an employee complaining. Toxicating!

Good Salary
Hired within a week. You will be assigned to a location. Attractive Salary, Benefits is a so-so, not too much stress at work.. Theyre open about overtime if youre willing to go more.
