An environment filled with positive atmosphere and culture suitable for both personal and professional development
Gained a lot of exposure and experience. welcoming staff who accommodate new employees in every way possible. It was a fun and self enriching (Professionally). The major thrill was the organization's passion to make a positive impact in people's lives. Hence my stay was characterized by such kind of work. it was an environment where team work was at the core of daily activities.
Pros
Good exposure and benefits
Cons
Working on weekends to cover project demands

fun working environment
basically a typical day involves planning work for the day as in food distribution , monitoring activities. i then have field visits to various designated centers distributing food and administering monitoring tools i then prepare a daily distribution update, analyzing clients anthropometric data.I learned to be proactive and work in a team while managing to solve arising issues from clients. i learned that time management is essential to getting an effective job done. hardest part of my job is dealing with people who are severely malnourished and having clients who succumb to their HIV/AIDS due to various reasons. the most enjoyable part is seeing a a client who was admitted in tho the nutritional support program as a severely malnourished person recover to full health and be able to fend for their family
Pros
great working environment, readliy available medical benefits
Cons
no packages
