Colleague will treat you as a family, lack of benefits, no increase for nurses, hidden deductions on salary, most employees wastes time talking back to their co-employee, lots of issues but it's a fun place

Productive and fun work place

Physicians Diagnostic Services Center is one of the best company that i know in the Philippines. All the employees are friendly and very accommodating.

This clinic lacks firm management skills and company benefits. Also,there is a very little chance of being promoted, and career growth.

I learned many things here in this clinic. I can say that I almost applied all that I learned during my years in college. The workplace is okay, although it needs more improving and more space. The atmosphere is very good, most of my co-workers are friendly and approachable, and my superior is top-notch. However, the management needs to be consistent in their decisions and enforce the strictness of their rules. Moreover, they should give their employees more benefits and bonuses, especially those who are working overtime hours daily. The most enjoyable part of my job, is when I can truly say I performed my job smoothly and hassle-free.

focusing more on wasting time talking behind other colleagues back. benefits aren't regulated, hidden salary deductions, favoritism, talking nonsense.

Fun work place

The co-employees are nice. We help each other whenever were in need about our work loads. But the rights of the employees is not given by the management.

Productive and healthy workplace

Productive environment, there will be stress but it is normal to encounter such things. I have learned to boost my confidence when dealing with people especially in recruitment, keep myself calm when dealing with problems. With great and cooperative colleagues, you will be motivated everyday.

A nice job for those contented with salary offers.

I am working as a typist supervisor or head typist for more than 2 years here. I already enjoying my job. I learned already how to fix issues. I already memorized what my job is all about. I'm working 8 hours a day, overtime not included. I felt so relax with my office mates. I know how to work with them well. Well sometimes there are some misunderstanding with each other but that's fine. At first, I don't know if I can survive with my job as a typist, transferring medical datas to a special form using typewriter without erasures, but as the time goes by, I'm loving it. I learned that you have to love your job so it'll be easier to handle, they'll love you back. I learned to work with the people i don't even want to talked to. I learned a lot of things, with medical industry. I think, the hardest part of my job was, being stressed while working, too much pain, too much irritation, and those rush medical being rushed like there's no other medical than them. There are lot of agencies that are so demanding, but of course we have to obey them because they are our bosses. As time goes by working with my job, I started enjoying what I'm doing everyday, 6 time a week. I really love it when "BER" month comes, everybody's talking what theme would be in our Christmas party. Everybody's planning for every presentation and what gown will fit on them. And when that big event comes, it's so exciting, everybody's laughing. It makes me so happy too when we are receiving our bonuses for the end of the year, that's the happiest part of the year. Well, saddest is when you have lots of deduction. -

a lot of fun serving to patients.

Is a busy clinic in the city which we need to make our work more faster and organized to all the medical records and assisting patients with different medical request. The hardest part of the job is when your behind on your report and the inspection day is approaching but still my co-workers manage to help in any way we can to make the audit pass for the ISO.

if there is an occasion our head gave us incentives like snacks.
