It's fun. The people are so nice and friendly. One could stay here for years if promotion is not a big concern.
Basically ideal, there's always something new every year. It's just hard to move up especially if you can't wait for too long. Though you can also take the extra mile of studying abroad or taking Masters/law school. But if you're contented and comfortable, I guess it would not matter.
