Good NGO, Worst Employer
Former experienced employee (Former Employee) - Entire Philippines - February 10, 2022
Good NGO, bad employer, bad management. Promotes stressful and toxic culture. Pure lip service. Expert in window dressing to gain sponsors from donors.
Pros
Member companies and board of trustees. It ends there.
Cons
All the toxic things that you will experience in one employer, you will experience it here.

Senior Program Officer (Current Employee) - Manila - February 19, 2019
PBSP is the best employer I ever had. With the organization, I am able to avail of all benefits an employee should have. It also enhanced my knowledge on project management since it is our major task in the organization.
Pros
With health card benefits; allow compensatory leave for works rendered during weekends
Cons
Would sometimes require staff to work during weekends
