This is a great company to work with. The compensation package is great, and the company culture is amazing. They give a lot of opportunities to learn or move vertically if you feel like you want to pursue a different path in your career. However, with so many different initiatives and projects being pursued and with the limited manpower in our department, it can make the team feel overworked. Additionally, the layoffs are pretty sudden. Although I was not a part of it (thankfully), I have seen many people even from my own team get laid off suddenly, despite word from top management that everything is okay during our town halls, etc.

Sometimes feel overworked, lack of good benefits, very small bonuses and increase

The quality of work here is satisfactory. However, there is a lack of job security. The health benefits provided are not sufficient. On the positive side, the salary is competitive. The management creates a toxic work environment. Additionally, there is a frequent change in policies and standard operating procedures.

A lot of employee engagement initiatives like free food in the office, quarterly team budgets, monthly townhalls.Love the team I work with as they all value insights of each other and it’s very easy to work with them. Had a flexible work arrangement which was very nice.The only caveat is there’s little room for career progression and right now they lack training. Change management should also be practiced here.

Workwise is stressful but work environment is chill and accomodating

The company promotes inclusivity in its activities and even in its meetings. They always have engagement activities or spaces for you to mingle with others in the company and have webinars about work-life balance, etc.

The company has a good management. They know the needs of the employees in terms of career growth. Good benefits and salary package. Has a performance review for all employees every half of the year. Game night every week.

I really enjoyed my stay in Penbrothers (Luxclusif) super fun and flexible. A lot of things needs to be improved but you'll feel grateful if you achieve/improve those on your time there.
