I learned my lesson not to trust anybody.

What is the best part of working at the company?Salary is negotiable and you will be well compensated. Complete facilities specially the gym. During COVID, they take good care of their employee by giving free medical check up and food assistance etc. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Meeting the KPI. You need. To meet the target metrics to their standard.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I noticed there is a politics. Most of my coworker are previous teammates of supervisor and manager. What is a typical day like for you at the company?It's boring and there is no harmony among our coworker. There is a wall among us. Maybe because it's during COVID. Social distancing us implemented.

Good and Amazing Culture

Non toxic environment. Open door policy. People are friendly and amazing team mates.Management are accommodating.Though we have different clients but all of us are can get easily.

Salary is high compared to what other BPO companies are offering.

I had a great time working with Outsource Accelerator. Overall this is a great company to work with. The accounts are not toxic and taks are well designated. Management cares about their people. They put their people first.

Salary is Good, but delayed. No Job Security

Salary is Good, but sometimes Delay, it happened a couple of times. No Job Security, If the CL backs out, they wont be able to provide an immediate Job replacement.

Fun workplace

It's been a pleasure to work with them. They always tried to maintain work life balanced environment which applied to all employees.I would love to stay longer with them if only we've been retained after experiencing an internal backlash.
