Working in Optum was great except for some of the Team Leaders there who are so unprofessional. They don't know how to deal with their team members in a fair and professional manner. Some of the Team Leaders there needs more training because they (Team Leaders) don't hesitate to insult them (team members) in front of their other team members. Power tripping has to stop there.
It was great. Optum is a kind of Call Center wherein you can climb up the career ladder anytime
