Opsify Salary & Benefits reviews: Customer Service Representative

We handle Inquiries from our Japanese customers through chats, emails and calls. all of our customers are Japanese so I have learned a lot and improved my Japanese language skils. I learned how to be patient and work with a team. the hardest part of the Job is working a day with high volume of inquiries. the most enjoyable part is when you praised you by your customer whenever you satisfied them.
