Outsourcing company is not a joke.

Its a fast pace work and most of the projects is n UK and MEP Design Flow is totally different and it become difficult since the works been outsource to us, demarcation of works between OZ and Client from UK not clearly define.

Overtime without Pay

Stressful environment. They will give you more workloads and tell you to work overtime and say that it is your fault for working slow and with errors. Hence, they don't provide proper training. (1 day orientation is not a training) They will not pay your overtime.

Toxic

Please know your worth. Its a good place for training but do not stay in this company. They are not keepers. They pay their employees in the least pay.

No overtime pay , working for long HOURS

They let you work for long hours and they are not going to pay you and they will tell you because its your fault that you work overtime but i finish my job on time and sometimes before the deadline but its only because of the other employee that's why it got delayed

A godd employer, employee are very helpful

I am very happy to work in One Zone Asia because the director and finance manager are very kind and very helpful in my tasked. They have long patient in my mistake .And also my co employee are very nice to me,helpful in my tasked whenever I asked help from them they are immediately response my needs.
