No growth. Engineer as operator. If you want to learn try not to be part of This company
Very poor growth.. knowledge is very minimal or almost none. As engineer you will be like just an operator. You are a soldier sent to war without any gun or bullet. Full of politics in management. I dont recommend it for any Engineer looking for knowledge. All your academics in school will never been used.

Typical work of new product engineer
a typical day at work of new product engineer are to resolve issues, ensure to meet all customer requirements and to qualify the products to mass production

the hardest part of the job when the qualification parts failed at reliability test. Providing analysis and root cause why the parts failed at reliability test. finding the real root cause of the failure for me is the hardest part of the job but very challenging.

the most enjoyable part of the job when we qualify the new product for mass production, receiving credits for the hard work and appreciate the effort by our customers.

Great with technical experience, not so great with the rest
Everything you need to know about your job will be provided through training, even without experience, you'll be able to work here. This company can give you a great training ground.

Work place is fine, people are friendly. But the management has their own list of favorite employees. If you're not part of that list, you're gonna have a hard time.

The hardest part of having this job is having more time at work than having time for any other activities you have. Work/Life Balance is not that great especially if you are an Engineer. The company lacks man power, which means more job for you, but the pay is still the same.

The most enjoyable part is if you ever find yourself a group of friends that can help you go through all that challenges mentioned above.
Pros
Transpo and meal allowances
Cons
very long hours
