Own time management

Good compensation but not good enough on Management system. Lack of standards and Top to bottom alignment. Good side of the company is that they allow us to work on pace of self reliance.

Very Stressful and Tiring.

Not an ISO level process in operations and in management. Poor level of handling employees. They hired ground employees from their agency without background checking. HRs and Admins weren't reading nor answering their e-mails. Super late posting of government benefits. Too slow at processing of documents and queries. You have to follow them from time to time. Their organizational chart is a mess! Too many bosses handling in one warehouse only! They didn't respect your breaktime and privacy outside work!

Enjoy the work and my co-workers are very friendly

The staff and the management of ninja van are very accomodating to your concern and demand and the rules and regulation on the warehouse are very effective.

Very stressful.

They had to implement cost-cutting procedure by reducing manpower resulting to large volume of workload to office employees. Does not prioritize the safety of the employees, poor decision-making from top management and slow processing from HR related issues. Very disappointed on the system of this company.

Fun and great to work in, good pay not so much stressful and manh things to learn on the job. Managers are good mentors and give considerable amount of work

Exhausting

It gives high salary but sometimes it's exhausting.. a lot of changes in process that you always need to adjust.. It gives bonuses based on appraisal.. a lot of bosses.. SOP were sometimes not followed.

Average nothing outstanding

Test it for yourself and see how it is. People act like they all are bosses.Salary ang benefits are average.Work environment is not good.Politics everywhere.

Fun

Work life balance but very low salary. The management is good at the same time my colleagues are fun. The salary is low although there is an annual increase.

Poor management. They don't priorities employees

They process last pay /back pay took too long to be claim. (as of today, they don't release our last pay. no advise at all.) seems they don't care about their employees that's why they don't priorities their benefits. no job security. close to no rest day long hours of work. full of politics. no career advancement.

Job is fine, great incentives but bad management

Bad management; tolerates thieves and employees with bad behaviors even if you report them. Important lang sa kanila KPI. Kahit pagod na at nagkakasakit na, yun pa rin priority.May incentives kaso anlaki ng kaltas for "withholding tax" na walang breakdown. Walang 2316 yearly to know if nababayaran at kung magkano nababayaran tlga sa taxes.Chill lang though. Kaso walang overtime, or at least sa area namin pahirapan magrequest ng OT. Isusumbat ung idle time raw.Palakasan system. Magtatagal ka if may kapit ka. Tas tinotolerate din nila mga riders kahit maraming mali na, lalo kung kakilala/kamaganak nila.Hindi fair yung grievance system.They don't care much sa tao. They only care sa KPIs. Tas pag magraraise ka ng concerns antagal maactionan. Pero antaas ng expectations sa LM employees tas tatakutin ng NTE. Pero pag ibang dept, waley. Nganga.

Overtime is nececcesary but without pay

They require you to come early but when extended hours, they still decide wether or not to pay it. They always say depends on the situation if your OT will be paid. Contradicts to LABOR LAW. Unbalanced time.. you should be flexible and yet OT are not paid

Fun work place. And have a good considerate hub heads.

Working in ninjavan is very exciting because you will meet different kind of people. Learn how to plan your work. Handle your parcel safely and learn to have a good communication skill in and out your office. And is happy to work their coz we treat each other us a family.

Time consuming, stressful and low compensation

Depending on how many parcels/items you are tasked to deliver for the day, you need to be as early as 5 or 6 am and end up going home very late at between 7 to 8 pm. Thats 16 hours of work at a minimum wage salary. Then the tons of responsibility for each item/parcel. The company will reimburse your gas but in a "who cares if you spent more than what is reimbursed way of calculation". I dont recommend working here, lots of stress, and takes a lot of your time with less pay.

They do not respect breaktime, weekends off, holiday, OT. Meaning you need to work as needed and be online 24/7.

For starters, working there is good. Especially for young professionals. Just expect that you need to render work even after your working hours for free. Late benefits issuance.

I love my job. it's just that...

I love my job, it's just that the staff in a higher position are not that professional in terms of telling us where and when are they going to start the benefits that we suppose to receive from the very beginning of our service to the company. all i want is a proper and formal process of everything but they don't have much of that.
